We helped Toyota Zimbabwe take their boardroom communication to the next level by upgrading their basic TV + HDMI setup into a full-featured video conferencing solution powered by Yealink.

Installed a Yealink A30 All-in-One VC Bar, integrating an HD camera, speaker, and smart AI-driven tracking features into a single clean device.
Added a table microphone for crystal-clear voice pickup, dramatically improving remote audio quality during meetings.
Connected the system directly to their existing TV display, transforming it into a Teams-ready conferencing hub.
Seamless Integration:
Enabled native Microsoft Teams functionality with plug-and-play simplicity—no need for external PCs or HDMI juggling.
Calibrated camera framing, voice tracking, and echo cancellation to match the acoustics and layout of the boardroom.
Outcome:
This deployment modernized Toyota Zimbabwe’s meeting space with minimal disruption, delivering a cleaner, smarter, and far more professional conferencing experience—ideal for hybrid collaboration and executive communication.
