Core PBX & Handsets:
Installed a central Yeastar P570 IP PBX at head office to handle intelligent call routing and centralized control.
Supplied Yealink T33G desk phones and W70B cordless DECT solutions to support both static and mobile communication within store environments.
WAN-Linked Inter-Branch Calling:
Leveraged the organization’s existing WAN to create IP-based inter-branch trunks.
Enabled free internal calls across all branches, significantly reducing telecom costs.
Eliminated dependency on copper PSTN lines, enhancing reliability and scalability.
Centralized Management:
Configured remote provisioning, monitoring, and firmware updates for all devices to simplify ongoing administration.
