Enterprise Wi-Fi & Network Deployment – Dual-Building Setup

We delivered a robust, enterprise-grade network solution for a dual-building client site, designed to provide high-performance connectivity, reliable power backup, and internet redundancy.

Project Highlights:

Wi-Fi Coverage:
Deployed 3x Ruijie RAP2266 indoor APs and 1x RAP6262(G) outdoor AP to ensure seamless coverage across both buildings.

Core Network & Management:
Installed a Ubiquiti UniFi UDM Pro as the central gateway, supported by 2x Cudy 8-Port PoE switches with SFP modules and a fiber backbone interlinking the buildings.

Power Redundancy:
Integrated 2x APC UPS units to protect critical infrastructure from power interruptions.

Internet & Redundancy:
Configured the Starlink Gen3 Kit (1TB Business plan) as the primary uplink to the UDM Pro, while leveraging its second Ethernet port as a failover WAN link on the existing Meraki setup—ensuring continuous connectivity.

Wireless Optimization:
Set up and tested multiple SSIDs, optimized signal strength across the site, and implemented a captive portal for controlled guest access.
